These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription services provided by VPNKF. By visiting the website, creating an account, activating a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part, stop using the relevant website, user panel, and network services.

Service Scope and Applicability

VPNKF provides network acceleration subscriptions covering 120+ countries / 210+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended to improve cross-border access, access to international websites, and connections to related online services. Available regions, route types, and client access points are subject to the information shown on the website and user panel.

Routes may be adjusted based on network conditions, resource maintenance, and the policies of target services. A subscription grants the right to use the service within its valid scope; it does not permanently guarantee access to any specific website, application, regional content, or continuous connection. Some third-party services may restrict access based on account region, payment region, exit location, or their own rules, which are independently determined by those third parties.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials and are responsible for subscription activation, route usage, and user panel activity on their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual access is detected, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

The service supports unlimited devices online at the same time, but each account and subscription is for the account holder and reasonable personal management use only. Do not resell, rent, or publicly disclose subscription information, or provide shared access to unspecified third parties. Users bear responsibility for losses caused by voluntarily disclosing credentials, publishing subscription information, or using untrusted devices.

Monthly subscriptions are: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly from the activation date, and upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Subscription details are subject to the information shown on the confirmation page before payment.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the location where the service is actually used, and must independently confirm that accessing, transmitting, and storing relevant content is lawful. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringe others’ intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights, or interfere with the normal operation of networks, systems, accounts, or third-party services.

It is prohibited to send malicious traffic through the routes, initiate unauthorized system access, distribute unlawful content, or continuously consume resources through automation in a way that affects other users. To maintain route and platform order, VPNKF may take necessary action against clearly abnormal connection activity.

Payment and Refund Terms

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Before payment, users should verify the selected plan, traffic allowance, and account information. After payment is completed, subscription status is determined by the order and service status shown in the user panel. If the status does not update properly, submit a ticket through the user panel with the relevant order information.

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so the first payment record and original order can be verified. Refunds are processed against the payment record for the original order; processing by the payment provider is outside VPNKF’s control.

Service Availability and Liability

Cross-border network connections may be affected by local networks, carrier routing, device settings, target service policies, route maintenance, and events beyond reasonable control. VPNKF maintains and adjusts routes based on actual operating conditions, but does not promise that any route will perform identically in every location, on every device, or across all network environments.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNKF is not responsible for connection interruptions, unavailable content, or data loss caused by third-party platform changes, device failures, incorrect configurations, local network restrictions, user violations, or events beyond reasonable control. Users should keep important materials backed up and retain necessary recovery information before changing network settings.

Account Termination and Policy Changes

If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, conduct unlawful activities, maliciously consume resources, attack network systems, or seriously interfere with service operation, VPNKF may restrict related connections, suspend service, or terminate the account. Depending on the nature of the incident, an explanation may be provided through the website or user panel before or after action is taken.

Users may stop using the service at any time. Stopping use does not automatically cancel completed orders, and refunds remain subject to the refund rules in these terms. After account termination, necessary records related to service delivery and dispute handling may be retained to the extent permitted by applicable law.

VPNKF may revise these terms due to service adjustments, legal requirements, or changes to operating rules. Updates will be published on this page with the latest update date. Significant changes may also be announced through the website or user panel. Continued use of the service after the terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated content.
